Young in Spirit…

Men, Women, and/or Retirees, each 'seasoned' 55 years or more, comprise the PrimeTimers, a mature social group of Cross of Christ church members and guests. Their goal is to find and enjoy trips to usual and unusual places and share in Christian Fellowship.  This senior adult ministry seeks to honor God by providing opportunities for senior adults to grow spiritually and fellowship with one another...and to celebrate their gifts of faith, wisdom, maturity and experience.

Brown Bag Luncheons.  To organize our many and varied functions we meet 12 noon at church on the first Tuesday of each month for a 'brown bag' lunch structured to provide input, discussion, and event planning. If you can qualify, please join us for lunch (of your choice . . dessert is furnished) and enjoy a social 'get together.' MONTHLY, 1st TUESDAYS at 12 NOON. 

Primetimers Outings.  Outings and trips are open to anyone 55 and older. Our goal is to offer fun and Christian fellowship, along with opportunities to learn more about the metro Detroit area, take in performances, and enjoy the area’s many wonderful restaurants.  PrimeTimers events are open to all and we encourage our Cross of Christ members to invite others to come along.  We usually meet at the church and take the church bus and/or carpool to our destination.
