CHECK-IN

All children must be brought to the Registration Station by a parent/guardian/family member each week to check in according to our security procedures. The Registration Station is located in SonLight Central (The Light Center/gym lobby) and will open at 10:15a.

A computer-generated nametag with the child's first name, group information/Shepherd’s name, and control number will be given to the child to wear at all times during SonLight City. (The only exception to this rule is for visiting infants/toddlers who solely are using the nursery. There is a sign-in sheet at the Nursery door and a pager system available.)

Parents/guardians/family members will receive a security tags with the same control number. One must be turned in when the child is picked up.

For security reasons, children dropped off but not signed in will not be able to attend SonLight City. They will remain in the Children’s Ministry Office until a parent is contacted.

DISMISSAL

Rainbow Nursery children will be picked up from the Nursery. If you would like to pick up your child before communion starts so he/she can receive a special blessing at the altar, you are more than welcome to do so. Otherwise, pick up for infants/toddlers is at the conclusion of the service time.

Preschool through Grade 6 children will be dismissed from the Light Center Gym starting at 11:45a.

Parents enter through the right set of gym doors in the Registration area/gym lobby & exit through the other set of doors back into the gym lobby.

Security tags will be checked both going in and going out.

Children are to be picked up immediately following the end of the late service.
 
Older children may not pick up younger children unless.
